Privacy Policy
What clicloop.com collects, why, and how to have it removed.
This policy covers clicloop.com only. ClicLoop is run by Jason. Each ClicLoop product (CiteCycle, SeekWinners, TopiLeads, ProvenHits, ScrapeWhale, openskills, ModelMux and vidstill) runs on its own site with its own privacy policy, and those policies apply when you use a product.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address and message. The form sends them to us as an email at hello@clicloop.com. We don't store them anywhere else on this site.
When you email us. Whatever you include in the email.
When you visit any page. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles each request and keeps short-lived technical logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and when. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.
We don't run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or chat widgets on this site, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss work you've asked about.
- To keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you used the contact form.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers contact-form emails and keeps the technical logs.
- Our email provider stores the emails we receive at hello@clicloop.com.
These providers process data on our behalf, and some of them may do so in other countries.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages and emails: as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
- Technical logs: kept for a short period by Cloudflare, typically days, not months.
Links to other sites
Links to our products and to other sites take you to services with their own policies. Links to our products include a utm_source=clicloop tag so those sites can see the visit came from here. The tag doesn't identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clicloop.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
